1. Profile of the Foundation
Strong Women Beautiful Men in a Global Village is an independent, international non-profit foundation that uses audiovisual productions to promote cultural connectedness, empathy, and social responsibility.
Through interviews, talk shows, and documentaries with inspiring people from around the world, the foundation aims to foster understanding and unity among people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
All projects, broadcasts, and updates are published on www.strongwomen-beautifulmen.com.
The foundation is registered in the Netherlands and operates on a non-profit basis.

2. Mission and Objectives
Our mission is:
“To contribute internationally to cultural and social unity and shared responsibility towards the Earth and its inhabitants through audiovisual content.”>
To achieve this mission, the foundation:

  • Produces interviews and documentaries showing personal stories of passion, inspiration, challenges, and success.
  • Aims for each viewer to identify with these stories, promoting empathy and engagement.
  • Supports local creators and communities in sharing their stories.
  • Distributes its content through international TV networks and platforms.
 The foundation is newly established and currently in the process of obtaining ANBI status in the Netherlands.

3. Current and Planned Activities

  • Pilot project in Kalobeyei, Kenya (2025): In-depth face-to-face interviews with refugees and aid workers, exploring life, challenges, and hope.
  • International refugee series (2026): Six episodes filmed in the world’s three largest refugee camps, distributed globally.
  • Innovators & Sustainability series (2027): A documentary series about inventors and innovators working on sustainable global solutions.

4. Funding
The foundation is financed through:

  • Grants from cultural and social funds (national and international)
  • Donations from individuals and organizations
  • Media partnerships and co-productions
  • Corporate sponsorships and in-kind support

All funds are used exclusively to achieve the foundation’s objectives. The foundation has no profit motive.
All financial resources are managed transparently, carefully, and are exclusively used to achieve the foundation’s objectives. Annual financial reports are published and accessible to the public.

5. Management and Remuneration Policy
The board of the foundation works entirely on a voluntary basis and receives no salary.
Reimbursements are limited to non-excessive expenses directly related to the foundation’s work.
If a board member performs professional work (such as production, direction, or journalism), a fair market-based fee may be paid under a written agreement, as approved by the other board members.

6. Asset Management and Reserves
The foundation’s funds are used solely for its statutory objectives.
It maintains a continuity reserve between €5,000 and €15,000 to safeguard ongoing operations.
Any surplus is allocated to future projects.
In case of dissolution, remaining assets will be transferred to another ANBI with similar objectives.

7. Integrity and Transparency

The foundation follows strict integrity and transparency principles.
Conflicts of interest are disclosed and managed; all financial reporting is public and follows ANBI requirements.
